It’s in very good condition. Purchased this last year and easily passed inspections. Known issues: there’s a nasty oil stain on the driveway; the boiler is original to the home and therefore beyond its expected lifespan, although it is working. The tile is very ugly, it is a more modern tile but the style is just very grandma. Other than that, the house has been solid. For sale by owner. Will net out a commission for the buyers agent -whatever is normal.
