Technically, it's 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. But, I have been using what is referred to as the office (room with the French doors) as my bedroom and it fits a queen bed, dresser and suit rack just fine. Plus, it has 2 large closets. The rest of the place is self explanatory. The other 2 bedrooms are good sized (one is quite big) with good sized closets. At the end of one hall there are two full bathrooms right next to each other. In general, I've lived in this place for 2.5 years and my daughters and I have loved it. We are just moving into a single family home. Also, in case the photos are confusing...I have two living room spaces. We didn't see the need to set up a formal dining room since we eat Lion's Choice for every meal. What I like: It's a really big apartment. I'd guess 1500 sq ft or so. The ceilings are very tall and there are a ton of big windows that let in copious amounts of light. Also, from the family room windows and from the outdoor patio area, you can see some amazing sunsets almost every night. The apartment has a ton of character too. It has in-unit washer and dryer which is huge. Water pressure is great (which is a big deal). Also, it is on the 3rd floor, which I liked because it always just made us feel safer being on the 3rd floor. But, also, you have no one above you, which is nice. There isn't an elevator, but it's not bad being on the 3rd floor. Forced exercise, ya know? The neighborhood is amazing. It's safe, just really well taken care of and there are a ton of great food and drink places within a 5 minute walk. There is also a gym called Muscle Up and a brand new, AWESOME Grocer called Box Hill. Also, NO ONE is getting this much space, this nice of a place in the heart of Clayton for $1550 a month. It is way underpriced and won't last long. *NOTE* I am listing this instead of having my Property Manager/Landlord list it (I save money this way). So, if interested, I'm happy to show you through, but you'll ultimately have to fill out the application/credit stuff through them. Ideal move in date is 10/15/2025 12 month lease. You only pay electric and internet. Water and trash are covered by landlord
