Our rental is located in the basement of a residential property. It provides a sense of privacy and seclusion while still being close to amenities and attractions with being right off of highway 285. Kitchenette with a larger fridge than the mini fridge (do not have an updated photo) coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, dishes and pans. Month to month lease. A heads up, my family lives above the unit, so from the times during the week of 6:00am-6:30am and 4pm-8pm, my little ones can get a little rowdy. 1 occupant only unless have kids. Access to playground. Have a current tenant. Tours available. Move in December 1st. If not, Move in closer to January 15th. Month to month rent. Owner pays for water, electricity and garbage.
