Fully furnished kitchen and bar area with beverage fridge. A video of the Property is taken at time of move in inspection and is available at the request of the Tenant. Subject to the provisions of this Lease, apart from the Tenant, no other persons will live in the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than 3 days without the prior written consent of the Landlord. No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without the prior written consent and an applicable non-refundable pet fee. Upon thirty (30) days' notice, the Landlord may revoke any consent previously given pursuant to this clause. The Landlord agrees to supply and the Tenant agrees to use and maintain in reasonable condition, normal wear and tear excepted, the property, all its amenities and furnishings Home may be rented fully furnished, if so an itemized list of contents will be attached to the lease and the tenant agrees to maintain all contents in reasonable condition, and to surrender all items at the end of the term or sooner per all sections of this lease. Tenant pays all utilities. Landlord maintains pool and yard through professional contractors and quarterly cleaning of the interior of the home.
