Please do not tour home if you feel sick with cough, fever or any other Covid symptoms. Any person with visible signs of sickness will not be welcomed or permitted on the premises. There is a non-refundable $45 application fee per adult. Allow 7-10 business days to process applications, vet sources, gather tenant items, draft lease, sign lease, collect deposit, etc.
