Beautifully decorated with furniture, towels, linens, dishes, flatware and cookware. All you need are your laptop and your garments. There is a 3 month minimum lease, thereafter month-to-month and you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like. One pet is accepted with pet deposit. Deposit is refundable if there are no damages - except for cleaning restocking fee of $350
