You will have our daughter's room. Since subletting is not advised, we will add you on as a tenant. You will need to sign an agreement with us for 6 months. A one-month deposit is required at signing. Internet is included. We do not have cable t.v. Sorry! We have a senior kitty who will need taken care of. She'll give you lots of joy. All supplies will be paid for by us. We have an insurance plan for her in case of any emergency. Close to Starbucks, post office, a cute park, Safeway. All within walking distance. NO smokers and NO parties. We are looking for a quiet, single, mature adult only. REFERENCES are required. No more pets, please. Hope to hear from you! NOTE: Our schedule changes from day to day.
