The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The room is unfurnished however much of the shared space such as kitchen and living area has been furnished by me. The apartment has been recently renovated and includes a washer/dryer. All utilities and internet is included. I am flexible as far as the lease term goes. Interested parties will have to apply through the property manager and once approved will be able to work a separate lease agreement with myself. I am looking for another similarly aged and roommate to help subsidize living expenses. I work most of the week so the place will be pretty quiet and keep to a normal standard of cleanness and expect others to do the same. I am from Colorado and grew up doing just about anything you can do on a mountain. Love the outdoors and going out to the occasional bar.
