Tenants would be responsible for all utilities . There is a 2 pet maximum and there are breed restrictions on dogs, which are outlined on our application. We do require a pet deposit , the amount will be determined after application has been completed. Tenants would be responsible for organizing trash pick up services. Lawn maintenance is not included.
