We have a turnover in one of our pet friendly vintage cottages across the street from Paramount Studios. Our courtyard has been there since the studios started and has housed many people over the years that have worked at the studios. Close to Raliegh studios, Larchmont Village and areas of much higher rents. We have finished the cottage off with vintage Cobalt blue tiling, have been able to save the original oak flooring, and accent walls of gray. We have been able to open the kitchen wall and ad a breakfast bar. To help during COVID times, we have set up some sitting areas in the back of the courtyard, behind the laundry facilities to help make your stay with us more enjoyable.
