Only the 2 sides tables and dresser) - Walk to Runyon Canyon with a view of Runyon Canyon from the living room. - All utilities included with a maid every once a month (extra cost for the maid to clean your room and bathroom). - I have a small dog, about 18 pounds, so that is something you up need to be ok with. - Very low-key, quiet environment. It is a month to month lease. When you decide to move out, a minimum 30 day notice is required
