The neighborhood is very quiet and serene, and walking distance to various amenities, including the river walk, hiking trails and local businesses. We're located just 15 minutes' walk from CMH. The suite is sunny and newly renovated, with new carpet and a fully stocked kitchen. All furnishings included and washer/dryer on site. Enjoy art from our world travels and our large collection of DVDs. The apartment is on two levels, with the living room, kitchen, and bath on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and small desk, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Since we live in the same building, we'll be close by if you need assistance. We're happy to provide recommendations to the best dining, coffee and attractions in Astoria! Accessibility notes: - Mobility: Please note that our house has many flights of stairs. Combined with a small bathroom, the house is not well configured for those with mobility concerns. This apartment is perfect for working professionals, travel nurses and doctors, and tech nomads looking for a place to land for a month or three. All utilities (including trash, water, electric, heat and internet) included in lease agreement. Lease terms between a minimum of 30 and maximum of 120 days. No pets, no smoking, strictly enforced. A maximum of 4 persons and no more than 2 vehicles are allowed to reside on the property. All persons over the age of 18 must submit and pass a background check, including credit and criminal records ($40 per person).
