The Braydon Apartment 1B1B Sublease It's a Napa high-end apartment, I lived here for 8 months, it's been great living here. I have to move out due to work reasons, so I'm looking for someone who can take over the rest of the lease (Available now). My lease ends on 03/19/2022. you could renew the lease after it's up with the leasing office. The apartment is super convenient, 2 mins drive away from Napa downtown, also 2 mins drive away from a plaza where it has everything you need, like Target, Raley's, Home Depot, Office Depot, In n out, Mcdonalds, etc. The community is very safe, quiet, clean and it has a lot of amenities you could use, such as BBQ area, 24 hours gym, pool, hot tub, dog park, bocce ball, gathering room, entertainment room, etc. The floor plan of my unit is A4, and my unit is on the third floor. Currently, the market price is around $2800, but if you sublease my unit, the current rent is only $2320 per month, utility fee is not included. But since I have to move out ASAP, I'm offering another $220 discount per month until the current lease is up if you could decide the same day of your visit, DON'T MISS THIS GREAT DEAL You'll have to set up your PG&E for electricity and internet as well. The lease also comes with a covered parking space and an uncovered one if you have two cars. You could find more info about the A4 floor plan on the official website. Before doing a tour, one thing I have to mention is I had paid $500 deposit to the leasing office when I moved it, I'll clean up all my stuff and make sure nothing is damaged, and you'll need to pay $500 to me in advance and then you can get it from leasing office after you move out. Also, you will have to go through the application process too with the leasing office, which includes filling some application forms and providing proof of income. After you move in, you'll get your own account and you'll pay the rent and all other stuff directly through the online portal yourself, there's nothing I'll be responsible for. If you have pets, you'll need to pay a small amount of money more every month and there will be a pet deposit, DM me for more info. This unit comes with no furniture, so I'll remove all my furniture when I move out. But I do have some furniture I want to sell, so you are welcome to check them out either in my listings or when you come to visit my unit. Thank you!
