3/23/25 to 3/31/25 Half off move in Special. 1 private room available for rent now. Room is located NW corner of the house on the 2nd floor.. Spacious closet and laminate wood flooring in the room. Shared bathroom and use of downstairs bathroom and shared usage of the house and backyard. Utilities included. Rent is month to month 650.00 with a refundable 200.00 deposit off of last month depending upon condition room is in. If room needs major cleaning etc then no deposit back. Occupants/Owners of the home is my fiance and myself. Other occupant is her mom who we take care of and a male renter in the other room. Other than that we have 5 dogs. 2 Danes, 2 Huskies and a Chihuahua. Due to number of dogs we can not have anymore pets in the house. We're looking for good renters, preferably female renter because sharing a bathroom with mom, but we're open to renting to male renters also. Mom only uses restroom 2xs a day when upstairs and showers in our shower. King size bed if want to use, a desk and stand available. Use of kitchen items is ok or can bring yourself. Available pantry space for each room and refrigerator and freezer space. Due to dogs and sharing a bathroom we're not renting to couples, families or those with kids. Just to many issues that can happen and amount of space available. Sorry, just individual renters. We been renting out the rooms for almost a year now and learned the good and bad.
