This is a non-smoking property. Cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana are not allowed anywhere on the premises, including inside or outside the unit.
2. Parking Policy
Parking includes one designated space under the carport with alley access, along with street parking when available. No vehicle storage is permitted, including boats, RVs, trailers, or non-operational vehicles. All vehicles must be currently registered and in working condition.
3. Pet Policy
Small cats or small dogs are welcome with a $500 pet deposit, per pet. Owner request to meet the dog.
4. Tenant Responsibilities
The tenant is responsible for:
* Pet waste cleanup and any pet-related damage
* Maintaining the unit in clean and good condition
* Properly disposing of trash
* Promptly notifying the owner or management of any needed repairs or leaks
* Basic upkeep, such as changing light bulbs and replacing smoke detector batteries
Any damage caused by the tenant, guests, or pets is the tenant's responsibility.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
The owner or management will handle repairs due to normal wear and tear and major repairs not caused by tenant misuse.
