Looking for someone to assume our apartment lease since we are closing on a house this week. We will reward $300 to the next tenant, if he/she gets approved and sign the lease by Monday the 7th. Earliest move in date is August 4th. The lease is up to June 19th, 2018. Monthly rent is $795, plus $20 utility fee. Parking is unlimited. You can also opt in carport for $15/month. Those who takes over the lease will apply through the leasing office with $30 application fee. The bonus includes $150 security deposit and $150 cash. We have paid the administration fee of $100 so there is also some additional saving for you. So it has lots of sun light and is very quiet. It is in great condition with new flooring for kitchen and bathroom, new carpet throughout, new air conditioner, and new balcony. Laundry in building.
