We require the front entry to stay clean and presentable with no littering or garbage in the vicinity. This is a very nice neighborhood and is in an HOA. Absolutely no smoking on or near the property. Occasionally you can hear noise from kids playing and dogs barking but in general it's very well insulated and there's not much disruption. The front doors share an entry area so you may hear people coming and going from the main house. If you have a pet, they must be under 30 lbs, good with kids and other dogs, well cleaned up after, and well behaved. There is no dog door and the front yard is not fenced so be aware that you will have to walk them to go to the bathroom. There are plenty of open space areas and it's a very dog-friendly neighborhood. please be ready to clean up after them every time.
