Major electrical problems No dedicated fridge electrical line. Microwave stove 4 season room all on one circuit. Gas line to stove was faulty and leaking. Costly repairs within first 30 days of living in property. Trees were cut down to the ground and covered with mulch which created a mess. Stockade fence along the east facing section of the yard the posts were braced using wires rather than cementing them into the ground Basement exit door doesn't seal properly and the door wasn't installed by a professional- gaps along the seal have light coming into the house. Poor workmanship on door
