This will also keep your air cleaner and saves money on your heating and cooling bill. 2. You can request to paint any room in your home, but the paint color must be approved by the landlord. When painting, cover floors and windows to prevent damage. Do not paint over outlets or light switches, if you paint over them you must replace them at your own cost. When done painting reattach all fire alarms, outlet covers, and light switches. 3. Tenant must repair all damaged window screens. 4. The exterior shall be free of debris, i.e. garbage, leaves, branches etc. 5. Garbage containers must be approved leak proof containers provided with close-fitted covers. Containers will not be stored in front or side yards. 6. No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked, kept, or stored on property. 7. City of Warren has strict policies on outdoor maintenance. Therefore, tenants must keep up on lawn care (City of Warren requires lawn to be no more than 5 inches), over grown shrubs, and weeds along fence lines. 8. Due to a growing problem of rats in the City of Warren, dog feces must be cleaned up daily. 9. Weed trees in the fence must be removed and maintained, this is part of home maintenance. 10. Gutters must be cleaned and kept free of debris. Gutter extensions must remain in place if damaged it is your responsibility to replace them. 11. Flower beds must be maintained Weeding, and keeping a clean look.
