This is a beautiful cabin-like home surrounded by the woods with a huge porch with water view. A bit of a country paradise for the area. The pictures won't do it justice at all! We are nearing the end of a complete renovation of the house. New floors throughout. Totally new kitchen (cabinets, counters, even some new appliances). New lighting. Smart, keyless door locks, and smart thermostat. We'll update photos as we get them, but we wanted to go ahead and get it listed in search of tenants (using old photos for now). A few highlights: The property has a large, covered front porch, and a massive, covered back porch with a view of the pond. The house is a comfortable size with newer windows, and the living room has a view out to the pond as well. The house has a larger master bedroom with lots of closet space and double french doors which open up to the back porch. It additionally has a second smaller bedroom which is near the bathroom. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The kitchen is a galley-style kitchen with lots of storage and very nice stainless steel appliances. There is a mudroom/porch right off the back outside porch which also has washer and dryer hookups. Right off the porches, to the side of the house, is a single-car carport, a large storage shed, and a clothesline. The property also has another very large carport and a fenced in garden area which can be used by the tenant if you wish. - Absolutely no smoking. - No pets is highly preferable, but we will consider situations with otherwise well-qualified renters. - 40GB of 25mbps / month internet is included in the rent fee. Any additional upgrades to speed or quantity will be paid by you. - All other utilities (water, electricity, propane, trash) will be paid by you, the renter. Water and propane will be paid via a quarterly deposit and returned or rolled over into the next quarter for usage (this is because these services cannot be placed in your name, as required by the county, but you can easily see how the bills and how much you use to know it's a fair payment). - Renter will have access to a sizable little storage shed and a carport. An additional large carport will be available to use the vast majority of the year (but not always guaranteed). - Tenant can also use a large fenced in area for gardening if desired. - Mowing and edging of the property around the house and area you use will be up to tenant. You must provide your own mower/tools. Caring for the rest of the property acreage will not be your responsibility (unless you want to earn some money by doing it?). - A large pole barn is on property and used for storage by property owners. It is not available for tenants. Also, a camper trailers is sometimes stored near the pole barn and additionally is off limits to tenants. - Note: Applicants will be required to show proof of income as well as fill out a credit report and have good references. I will call references, and I will look for income which is at minimum nearly 3x the amount of rent being required (this is a common standard). I will look for a solid credit history of making payments on time. So if these expectations aren't a good fit with you, we can save each other time now and pass on this. If they are a good fit with you, please provide this information from the start, as we are working hard on renovations and I will only take the time to show to well qualified renters. - Also note: If not rented/under contract already, price may increase as renovations come to completion in the coming weeks.
