Shorter is available but for an additional amount. Parking in the complex and on the street is free, but there is a fee for garage parking. Garage parking is based upon availability. Furniture has changed as people have moved since these pictures were taken. Deposit Amount Refundable: $300 12 month lease. I can do shorter leases for an added cost.
