The villa offers pool spa heating for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it's recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Guests will have access to the entire house and a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, with overflow parking available in some areas of the neighborhood. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made at an extra cost. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per pet. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.
