    Home, 3 car carport, and garage on an oversized lot in the golf cart friendly neighborhood of Washita Point. Over the last few years this home has undergone numerous upgrades. To start with the home was completely releveled before any other work was done. Hold on to your pants because from there the list is long! It's less than 2 miles from Alberta Creek Marina, Restaurant, Campgrounds, & boat ramps, and approximately five miles south of Catfish Bay Marina, Gas Docks, and Campgrounds!
