Aloha, We're looking for a long-term tenant for our 1 bed / 1 bath unit on Royal Poinciana Dr. in Kailua-Kona $2,000/month Available now (earlier move-in preferred) The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes south of downtown Kona about 3 5 minutes to Magic Sands and 6 10 minutes into town. It's also about a 10-minute walk to ocean access and a great spot to catch sunset. Located mauka from Living Stones Church. The space is approximately 700 sq. ft. and has its own private entrance, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking for up to two smaller vehicles in the shared driveway. It is designed for open-air living (no AC) with ceiling fans throughout. While the ohana shares a roof with the main house, it is its own separate, private living space. We live on the property ourselves, take pride in maintaining it, and value a peaceful, respectful environment for everyone who lives here. The unit comes partially furnished* with: King-size bed, Full-size refrigerator, Full-size propane stove, Chair, Bar stools, Dresser, Bookshelf, Small table, Curtains *If there's anything you don't want, we're happy to remove it before move-in.
