If renter goes through AirBNB to set reservation there will be NO security deposit taken. A direct link will be provided if you have a serious interest. A lease can be provided for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. The lease would include electric, utilities, and water. Gas is to be returned at the same level received and you are responsible for replacing it to an adequate level prior to your departure. Internet is available at an additional cost of $75/month.
