3 acres of pristine land on Lake Wateree, SC. Great view, waterfront and city water. There's not a more peaceful place than here. It's approximately an hour to Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. Close to everything yet in the middle of nowhere!! There's a boat landing right across from land that is about 3 minutes by car. Also Lake Wateree State Park is approximately 5 miles away by car, 5 minutes by boat. This end of the river is very quiet and not a lot of boat traffic except on holidays of course. Even then it's not crowded in comparison to nearby lakes such as Lake Wylie, Lake Murray, etc. This November Duke Energy is lowering the water level 8 - 10 feet to make repairs to the damn on the Camden, SC side. The water level will remain that way for 14 to 18 months. However, on major holidays the water level will be brought up to normal.
