Charming, Minimal, and cozy FURNISHED apartment on Munjoy Hill. $1800/mo. with all utilities, including (fast) internet, are covered. The 650 sq. foot apartment, located on the first floor of our building (built in 1917), has an an airy yet intimate feel. The apartment has a private entrance and deck with chairs and a clothes line. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated fairly recently. The eat-in-kitchen has a gas range and is equipped with all of the basics for cooking. There is also a stereo in the kitchen with AirPlay or direct-wire connection to your music. The bathroom is clean and simple, with tile in the shower and on the floor. The cozy living room gives tenants/guests enough space to spread out and feel connected to kitchen activity through the window opening between the two rooms. To one side of the room there is a small desk and lamp. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet, and the apartment's only air conditioner (in the window in summer). The kitchen, living room and bedroom get lots of sunlight in the afternoon. My wife, two young children and I live the the apartment above. At times our movements overhead can be heard.
