Separate over-the-garage unit in large owner-occupied house. The owners are a retired ecology professor and a writer/editor with seven books to her credit. This is not a quid pro quo situation, other than possible cat food responsibilities. This is an overly roomy house that we want to stay in. A room mate could be the answer...
