Hi all, I am looking for someone who wants to take over my room in a lovely 2BR apartment right across from North Boulder park from Jan 1, 2026! The space is spacious, airy and has modern appliances. It is furnished, but existing roomie is flexible with adding new/ moving pieces! I have really enjoyed living here. Big windows, lots of natural light, and a backyard patio area (with a summer veggie garden). 28M roommate has been an awesome, kind person to live with. Great bicycle access to Pearl Street, Boulder and Sunshine canyons, and walkable to Mt. Sanitas. Rent is 1350 including utilities & a big backyard with detached storage space (as much as you could need for all of your outdoor gear). The previous renter left me his bedroom furniture, which was super kind, so I'm glad to pass that onto someone who needs furnture! Roommate info: Cole is a 28 y/o young professional finishing a graduate degree at Naropa in environmental policy. He is kind, communicative, and very considerate. He keeps shared spaces tidy, pays rent on time, and is respectful of quiet hours. In his free time he is usually rock climbing, biking, running, or skiing, so he is often out enjoying Boulder. No pets of his own, but the apartment allows pets with his approval. I would highly recommend him as a roommate. I am only moving because I am relocating out of state for work and moving in with my partner. Cole does not WFH, he is often out enjoying nature or at school but when at home you might find him doing homework in his room or the living room table. This is a relatively quiet space with the occasional dinner party or small gatherings!
