We just moved here in February but have had some life circumstances arise that have caused us to need to sell. We are working on completing some remodeling we had started and then will be listing with the MLS but are also open to selling as is. Currently we have removed a wall in the kitchen to open it to the dining area. We need to finish that, replace the kitchen floor, add carpet back to a room in the basement we removed it from, patch some areas in the plaster and walls that we had opened up for wall removal.
