Our condo is in Tahoe Vista / Kings Beach North Lake Tahoe, it is across the street from Safeway and Lanzas (a great family restaurant). The condominium is just a short walk to downtown Kings Beach. It is in a small complex, with 38 individually owned condos. Complex is quiet and not at all a party spot. There is an onsite property manager . The complex has a pool and private beach access. Kings Beach is a short drive to several ski resorts including Northstar , Palisades, Mt Rose and Homewood. In the summer hiking and mountain biking are out the backdoor. Old Brockway golf course is a short walk away. The condo was remodeled several years ago. It has a full kitchen,with microwave , washer and dryer, wood fireplace and patio. Our unit has one assigned parking space, uncovered, directly outside of the unit, HOA will allow a second car in guest parking Our HOA has strict rules on amount of tenants animals and smoking, Unit is fully furnished complete with linens , utensils ,dining table , couches has a King Bed, Queen Bed , Flat screen TV , and internet We are looking to get a 1 year lease, however, we would consider a shorter ski lease Currently the condo is listed as a STR short term rental, however, we would prefer to do a long-term lease Eight to twelve month lease Owner pays HOA fees Renter pays utilities ( can be paid through owner if requested) No Pets No smoking 4 people maximum Beach and pool access is for renters only Rental application required References Required Verification of Income. we are looking for someone with excellent to good credit
