This is a beautiful home in a quiet residential area conveniently located within 5-10-minute walking distance from the Green Lake park, library, restaurants, coffee shops, 45 and 62 bus lines. Light rail station is 15-20 minute walking distance. The room and bathroom pictured will be your private space. The bedroom will be unfurnished. You are welcome to use the home theater equipment - we have a Roku and DVD player with projector and large screen. All other areas shown in the pictures will be shared space, including a guest bedroom available for occasional visitors. Rent includes utility and internet. 1 month rent will be required as refundable security deposit. Minimum 3-month lease duration. Couples and children are welcome, but I will charge an additional $120 for utility per additional person and $60 for an additional child under 14. No pets, no weed usage. Minimum 3 months. Overnight visitors allowed with landlord permission. No large parties. Quiet hour after 10pm.
