this house was rebuilt in 2010. The inside remodeled new bath. back deck wash room in house all fenced in and a pond added. land completely reworked two sections in the back that can be used for a horses or to store a boat.this is a great place if you are down sizing. you can still sit outside on the porce with no crime. the school bus stops right in front the house the school is alvin middle and high shool very nice place
