Two story split level with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room with an attached upper deck off the kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, one bedroom downstairs in the finished basement with half bath. Fenced in back yard, two car detached garage. We require a $25 background check - we do not accept applicants with any felonies, evictions or bankruptcies. We need proof of the household income to be 3x the monthly rent. We don't have a minimum credit score but we do a credit check to look for any red flags (debt owed exceeding 60k, late payments to debtors, etc). We do allow pets at the property with a $250 nonrefundable deposit and $25/month and we are accepting housing vouchers at this time but if at any time during the process of getting the property approved by section 8 there is another applicant approved we cannot guarantee that the property would be yours even if the application was approved. Tenant is responsible for all utilities
