    This home will be coming on the market soon. I'm more than willing to show anyone the house, just take into account that we have not putting everything away and stuff off counters and everything that a realtor would want you to do, we have not done all that yet. If you're willing to look past that you're certainly welcome to come and look. This home is beautiful, it is a fully bricked home with some Stone around the front double door entrance, The home has a two-tiered Theater which has a double door closet type area that is filled with different types of audio equipment and smart house functionality. We let my son had the theater so as to have enough space that his friends could come over and hang out or sleep over or whatever, then he became friends with so many people, this was the hangout spot upstairs in the theater. So the theater definitely needs some tender loving care, you put a bunch of teenage boys in a theater or anywhere for that matter, they're going to make a mess. We were planning on giving an allowance towards painting and carpet. we have an 85 inch TV mounted to the wall now but you can have a screen put there if you would rather project a movie onto a screen, but we did not go that route. Upon first entering the theater, there is a door that goes into a walk-in attic which is enormous, it could be finished quite easily and become a beautiful area, the area also has windows so you do get some natural bright light. One of the things that sold me on this home immediately was the extensive carpentry work. Each doorway is an arch and it has extensive molding and it's a dark rich color. The entire first floor has hardwoods and a chef's dream kitchen, it has two islands, we have an abundant amount of counter space as well as cabinetry, which by the way is hardwood cabinetry. We have a five burner stove which is gas and a pantry that is enormous. There are two master suites on the main floor both with ensuites and the larger of the masters is the one that has the beautiful bathroom, it has a walk-in closet, has two separate toilet closets, the vanities are separated, they're not just double sinks together they're actually separated and they look like pieces of furniture, then we get to the walk-in shower which our builder indicated that it was called a car wash, it is enormous, has two shower heads, a few built in shelves and the entire shower is tiled and stoned with River Rock. The walk-in closet was professionally done by California Closets, really nice and as a matter of fact each bedroom, which there are four has its own walk-in closet and its own ensuite bath. All the bedrooms are a very nice size. Upstairs the two bedrooms are carpeted and we have a bonus area that is also carpeted, I love to go up there and walk on the carpet with my bare feet, it feels so good. The landing at the top of the steps as well as the steps are all hardwood as the first floor is. At the top of the steps, is a very large landing area that we use as sort of a sitting area, it's large enough that we have a big couch a grandfather clock a large piece of antique furniture and a rocking chair, so it's a pretty big space. It also has a cutout into the wall to create a shelving area which is probably about 5 ft wide. It would be a great place to put a large fish tank which is what we thought about doing but never got around to doing. We have a three-car garage and an external door which allows entrance and exit if a power outage occurs. Screened-In Back porch and a patio that we had a gas line run to so we could have a gas grill hooked up. The grill is negotiable if you would like it to stay, it was actually ordered from a company called Grill Master premium grills. The home also has outdoor landscape lighting that include uplights to like the home up at night. Rainbird Programable Lawn Watering System.
