My wife and I have been living here for about 4 years, and LOVE the apartment and the neighborhood. We are moving out for more room and a driveway. Move-in date is flexible, but hoping to find someone serious to sign a lease soon. This apartment is in a coop, so any interested renter will also have to pass the coop board approval, which should be no problem with a fairly stable financial situation.
