Great place to live with alot of houses built starting in 2002 up to 2006. Quiet and friendly with lots of trees. Location is close to everything from grocery stores to shopping malls with easy access to all. Rowen University is 3/4 mile from where we live here in Glassboro with the high school across the street. After retiring from the Marine Corps, my wife and I bought our home in June 2005 and have loved it ever since and the location! And through Nov 2018, I have replaced and installed energy efficient windows, doors, and patio door.. In April 2018 I had a new roof and gutters installed. New AC unit, along with new furnace and water heater were replaced in last two years.
