There is a Safeway grocery store and restaurants close by that are an easy walk. This rental is for a Maximum of Two (2) people, one queen murphy bed. The is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The unit is available on a monthly basis from October until June. Utilities (water, electric, internet) are included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for electric in excess of $125 per month. There is one parking space on property for the unit. The required administrative fee of $300 is for a background check and for cleaning after the tenant moves out. The background check is done by Zillow and does not impact the tenant's credit. The tenant is responsible for following the Condo rules and regulations which are provided as part of the Lease terms. We are not currently out of state and unable to give "tours" of the unit.
