Parking: Finding a spot is easy! There is tons of street parking available just one minute away from the unit. Low Occupancy: This room is practically new! Only one other person has ever stayed in this room since the townhome was built. Rent: $1500 per month (utilities are separate and will be split). Great Location for Students & Professionals: Shopping: Only half a mile away from Vons and a shopping plaza. Bulk Goods: Just 1.5 miles away from Costco. SDSU Access: Conveniently located 4 miles away from San Diego State University (SDSU). House Rules & Pets: We have two sweet resident cats who are part of the family! NO MORE PETS: To keep the peace (and our current pets happy), we cannot accept any other animals (no exceptions). We maintain a non-smoking and no-partying household. We're mindful of each other's schedules, so we observe quiet hours starting at 10 PM on weekdays.
