As far as getting around the Denver metro, we're about 25 minutes to downtown and just minutes to South Broadway or University. There are tons of places to eat and grocery shop within a 5-minute drive. As a bonus, you'll love the vast network of running and biking trails that can be accessed just a few minutes from the house, as well as having two parks to walk the family to. You'll have access to the full property. 12 month annual contract with 60 days notice if you intend not to stay for a second year
