The apartment is within a blocks radius of Vons, CVS, UPS, 24 Hour fitness, The Lot, and a few bars & restaurants. It's an amazing location and you literally don't need a car to live here. Also, there is street parking but in the year I've lived here its never once been an issue, there are always available spots. Sublease till September, after which you can take over the contract in your name.
