The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. Historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away. Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Form and House Terms and Lease within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. The primary booking guest must be 23 years of age and must be physically staying at the property. The primary guest is responsible for all guests.
