Great location with quick freeway access, nearby public transit, and plenty of parking. Utilities (power and water) are split evenly among roommates, averaging $100 125 per month depending on the season. Yard care, garbage, and pest control are included in the rent. Current roommates are professionals in their early to mid-30s who keep things casual and relaxed. Everyone is respectful and mostly does their own thing but occasionally hangs out for movies or gaming nights. Month-to-month lease with one month's rent as a security deposit. Single occupancy only. No pets. No smoking or tobacco use inside (non tobacco vaping is fine). This is a calm, friendly household not a party environment.
