We looked at almost every house for sale in this neighborhood for an entire year and this was far-and-away the best one we found. It's been updated meticulously with new fixtures, cabinets, counters, and paint and backs to the wet-weather creek greenbelt that flows through this neighborhood. Has a back gate leading to creek that you can use to walk to neighborhood park down the way. Great little house.
