The house have a big swimming pool ,gazebo and hot tub.This house have 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath and with huge kitchen ,two big ref one in the kitchen and one in the swimming pool area. Big size living room and bar area if you want to have a party. But this is not a party place. The 4 rooms are rented right now. This is single occupancy. You will seldom see those people because they work a lot. They went to bed at 10 pm because all of them work morning shift . They are very respectful. No drugs and if you are smoker I'm asking to smoke outside. There's also a hot tub that you can use. I'm looking for a person with stable job.
