This home is perfect. Excellent layout and location, plus all new windows and sliding glass doors! The house is noticeably cooler in the summer and warm in the winter but with lots of natural light. Master is big with a walk-in closet, and there are vaulted ceilings through most of the house. Lots of updates, including all appliances (we are talking a Bosch dishwasher, known for being quiet), deep kitchen sink, added breakfast bar, tile, ceiling fan, and grass in back yard. Behind you is an open field, which gives you great unimpeded views of the petroglyphs. The house is also adjacent to a cement arroyo, so flooding will never be an issue, and you have a bit more space between one of your two neighbors. Traffic is also minimal because you are on the last street in the subdivision. Easy access to I-40 and close to shopping and restaurants. We are sad to say good-bye, but you will be excited to say hello to your new home!
