This home is a perfect little home , there is so much you can do with this house. The neighbors are awesome , the house has a new roof that was put on less than a month ago , The bathroom was also re-done from top to bottom about 3 weeks ago, New water heater was just installed , dryer, stove, water heater all run on gas , Has TERRAZZO FLOORING!!! Thats why I put "Other" as flooring options. the garage is always nice to have. Just had lights installed , new recessed ceiling lighting in the living and family room with WIFI remote control features for dimming/timing that are amazing. The kitchen need to be remolded evening tho everything works as it should , there is "Florida room" that requires attention as well. the 2 bedrooms are in good condition with pretty good size closets. I'm in the process of repainting the ceiling in the living and dinning room for the next couple days from the new lights that were just installed , good size back yard , and great little back area for a bbq . also has a nice front porch. sprinkler system is working but some of the sprinkler heads need to be replace for it to work in perfect condition. had the house tented last year for termites so stopped that problem. The compared properties range from $275000- $350,000 (depending on the condition of course).
