I have been very much enjoying my stay at the apartment and would love to continue the lease had not been for work-related circumstances. The room is only $820 per month, excluding utilities and internet (which should add up to ~$75 per pax per month). Lease starts immediately and the room comes furnished! There are free parking spaces (for 5 cars total) + on-site laundry are available on premise, together with a huge attic with ample storage space, and a sunroom with plenty of light. The apartment is pet-friendly and close to the downtown bus station. It is also close to the commons, a gym, shopping centers, etc. All current tenants are quiet, tidy, studious, and clean.
