We have three comfy bedrooms -- two with queen beds, and the third has a bunk bed (double on the bottom), which is especially good for the kids or small families that want to share one room. Our guests find the hot tub a relief after a long day of boarding, hiking, or kayaking. We've also got lots of spaces to relax and hang out--the game room, the living room, or the back deck or front deck (spring, summer, fall is best). Our cabin is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, but also accessible to local restaurants, grocery stores, (under a mile!) and just far enough away from the casinos and bustle of Heavenly village (15 minutes) We have discounts for offseason: Off-season: April, May, Sept, Oct = $3250/month Peak: Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, June, July, August = $3750/month We've got the utilities covered so you don't need to worry about wifi, electricity, gas, water, snow shoveling, just come enjoy yourself. Owner pays for gas, electric, water, sewage, wifi. Please expect to clear a background check before renting. No smoking. Only small, well-behaved dogs. There is a monthly fee for hot tub maintenance of $150. In winter, we're limited to two spots in driveway. A third car can fit but it will block in the other cars. Assume no street parking in winter due to snow plows and high snow berm. No mail can be delivered to house. Bears are active in the area, so renters must agree to stow all trash in the bear bins, keep doors & windows locked when not right by them, and to not feed the bears.
