You are more than welcome to bring your own personal items and store whatever provided items you don't want. Flat-screen tv's provided in the family room and master bedroom. Lease details will be handled by the property management company. No smoking indoors. A small dog is okay. There is a doggy door. Tenants responsible for gas, electricity, water, internet and tv services. Lawn maintenance provided biweekly. Extra security/damage deposit my be required for furniture and piano.
